June 7th 2010 - Digicel Fugitive CampaignThe Digicel Fugitive is a hidden person whose job it is to appear for two hours at particular locations and avoid being caught. Listeners are encouraged to tune in to NauFM at 8 am to 8:30 am to hear cryptic clues as to his or her location.
In addition and, to stay ahead of the game, listeners can also text “Clue” to short code 3838 to get clues before they are aired on the radio between 7:30am and 8am. Each SMS to 3838 will cost K1. However, the remaining directions or hints on the change of location will be only aired on Nau FM.
If the Fugitive is caught by a listener, he or she receives a Bounty of K5000 and the next day the game starts again with K5000. Upon apprehending the fugitive, the person must then ask the question- “Are you The Digicel Fugitive?” to win.
However if the fugitive is not caught, the prize money increases by K1000 per day.
The Digicel Fugitive is a game of smartness and speed. You need to have your Digicel phone, and have transport to find the Fugitive before anyone else to win a cash prize starting at K5000 on day one.
However, at certain day if the listener wears a red t-shirt the and extra/ bonus of K1000 is added to the bounty.
