John Mangos - Chief Executive Officer, Digicel (PNG) Limited John is responsible for operations of Digicel Papua New Guinea. John joined Digicel in 2005 as General Manager of the Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) business covering the islands of St Lucia, St Vincent and Grenada. In July 2007, John was promoted to CEO of the East Caribbean which expanded his responsibilities to include British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, St Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica.
Prior to working with Digicel, John held senior positions with Eircom, the telecommunications fixed line operator, in Ireland and a successful start-up wholesale and retail IP company in Australia. |

Vincent English – Chief Financial Officer, Digicel (PNG) Limited
Vincent joined Digicel in 2005 as Financial Controller for the OECS (St Lucia, St Vincent & Grenada). With the acquisition of Cingular in the region, Vincent became CFO in late 2006 managing the financial operations of 8 markets adding Antigua, Anguilla, Barbados, Dominica and St Kitts. Vincent took over from John Mangos as CEO for the Eastern Caribbean in 2008 for 2 year before moving to CFO Digicel Jamaica the groups largest business unit. Vincent has now joined the Digicel PNG team from Jamaica in August this year as CFO. Prior to working for Digicel, Vincent worked in finance within the manufacturing industry for Gillette (Braun) and Aloca in Ireland. |

Shivar Kumar - Chief Technical Officer, Digicel (PNG) Limited Shiva Joined Digicel PNG team as Rollout Manager in December 2007 was responsible for expansion of Network and implementation of layered architecture. Moved to CTO role in May, 2010 and manages technical department. Before moving to Digicel worked with leading operators in India and Nigeria. Started carrier with NATELCO, OEM manufacturer in India and has close to 13 years of experience in Telecom (GSM, Broad band and Fiber backbone).
Graduated in Telecommunication (B.Sc in Telecommunication) and has a Diploma in Electronics and communication Engineering. |

Lorna McPherson - Operations Director, Digicel (PNG) Limited Lorna has been with Digicel PNG since 2009 as Operations Director. In that time Lorna has been responsible for Retail, Marketing and Customer Care. Prior to joining Digicel Lorna was Deputy VP of a wimax start up operator in Saudi Arabia, Executive Director for a new mobile operator in Dubai and General Manager of BT Indirect Channels in UK. Lorna has over 16 years experience in the Telecommunications Market. Lorna holds an MBA from a UK university. |

Michael Townsley - Sales, Distribution and Region Director, Digicel (PNG) Limited Michael joined Digicel in May 2008 as PNG's Sales and Distribution Director, in that time Michael has been responsible for overseeing the various sales and distribution channels. As the business has continued to grow he also has assumed responsibility for the 4 regions with PNG. Prior to joining Digicel Michael has held senior management positions within Telecom NZ and Travelex Australasia Group. Michael has over 20 years experience in sales and distribution management. Michael holds a post graduate certificate in business management from Waikato University in New Zealand. |

Colm Breheny - Director of New Business Development, Digicel (PNG) Limited Colm joined Digicel in 2010, and is responsible for new business across Digicel’s existing markets in the Pacific, through business acquisition and the development of new telecoms services. With over 11 years of management experience primarily in telecoms, he has experience in both fixed and mobile telecommunication operators with a focus on broadband and emerging technologies.
Prior to his regional role in new business development, Colm was Head of Business Development for Digicel in Papua New Guinea, worked with the leading fixed line telecommunication provider in Ireland, Eircom, and setup a facilities company in Ireland.
Graduating from Dublin Institute of Technology, Trinity College Dublin, and Dublin City University with a focus on marketing, Colm holds a B Sc (Management) and a Masters Degree in Marketing.

Gerry Kennedy - Head Of Human Resources, Digicel (PNG) Limited Gerry joined Digicel PNG as Head of Human Resources in August 2011. Gerry Holds a Masters Degree in HR Strategies from Dublin City University and a Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the National College of Ireland. He is a member of the CIPD and the PNGHRI. Prior to joining Digicel PNG, Gerry worked in senior HR positions in Breeo Foods, Reox Holdings, Jacob Fruitfield, Coca Cola Bottlers and Aer Lingus in Ireland. |

Christopher Manaog - Head Of Products, Digicel (PNG) Limited Christopher has an extensive background in telecoms having worked for 15 years with leading operators globally. Prior to joining Digicel, he’s held management roles in Afghan Wireless, Globe Telecom, Eastern Telecom and PhilCom. Christopher has been with Digicel PNG for 2 years and now leads the Products and Roaming teams. He’s played a key role in launching market-leading products in Papua New Guinea such as BlackBerry, Mobile Web, CRBT and SMS Banking to name a few. Christopher is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Marketing from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines. |

Andrew Kidu - Senior Counsel, Digicel (PNG) Limited Andrew has advised Digicel Pacific since December 2007 and joined Digicel PNG in June 2009 as Senior Counsel in charge of all legal and regulatory matters in PNG. Prior to joining Digicel PNG, Andrew was a senior associate with PLN Lawyers Sydney (part of the Pacific Legal Network) specializing in corporate and commercial law. With PLN, Andrew advised many businesses, including Digicel Pacific, on legal and regulatory matters in relation to establishing and conducting business in countries throughout the Pacific.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in Sydney and is admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales and PNG.
