Shiva Joined Digicel PNG team as Rollout Manager in December 2007 was responsible for expansion of Network and implementation of layered architecture. Moved to CTO role in May, 2010 and manages technical department.

Before moving to Digicel worked with leading operators in India and Nigeria. Started carrier with NATELCO, OEM manufacturer in India and has close to 13 years of experience in Telecom (GSM, Broad band and Fiber backbone).

Graduated in Telecommunication (B.Sc in Telecommunication) and has a Diploma in Electronics and communication Engineering.
