Dial *130# to check your bundles and expiry of combo plans.

 

Q4. What are the expiry dates for the Daily, Weekly and monthly bundle?

Daily Bundle expires in 24hrs, Weekly Bundles in 7days and Monthly Bundles in 30days

 

Q5. Will I get a reminder when my bundle expires?

You will get the following reminders for all Daily, Weekly and Monthly plans.

 

  • Daily bundle expiry SMS reminder: 3hrs before bundle expires
SMS Message: Your Plan will expire in 3 hours. To buy again dial *675# select 1TOK Combo and Daily Combo plan.

 

 

  • Weekly bundle expiry SMS reminder: 24hrs  before bundle expires

 

SMS Message: Your Plan will expire in 24 hours. To buy again dial *675# select 1TOK Combo and Daily Combo plan.

 

  • Monthly bundle expiry SMS reminder: 24hrs  before bundle expires

 

SMS Message: Your Plan will expire in 24 hours. To buy again dial *675# select 1TOK Combo and Daily Combo plan.

 

Q6. I bought all 3 of my daily plans all on the same hour, which combo plan will expire 1st? 

1. K2 for 12 Min, 14 SMS & 20 MB

2. K3 for 18 Min, 40 SMS & 40 MB

3. K5 for 36 Min, 70 SMS & 60 MB

All your Daily combo plans will expire in 24hrs based on the last purchases time.

 

Q7. If I bought all 3 daily plans what will my bundle balance look like? 

1. K2 for 12 Min, 14 SMS & 20 MB

2. K3 for 18 Min, 40 SMS & 40 MB

3. K5 for 36 Min, 70 SMS & 60 MB

You will have 66mins, 124SMS and 120MB to use within 24hours

 

Q8. I bought my K20 weekly Plan twice this week, 1st on Monday and 2nd of Tuesday which plan when will my weekly plan expire? 

1. K20 for 140 Min, 180 SMS & 160 MB

2. K30 for 180 Min, 300 SMS & 280 MB

3. K50 for 300 Min, 700 SMS & 400 MB

Your Weekly plan will expire on Tuesday 

 

Q9. 1 bought a 1day 60MB data bundle from *777# and a K12 Daily plan (100min-180SMS-60MB) if I switch on my data and check my emails and Facebook which bundle will be depleted 1st?

Your 60MB bundle purchased from *777# will expire 1st then the 60MB from the daily combo plan.

Note: all regular plans on *777# and *675# Happy Hour, Night Pass, Weekend Pass and Data Hour Pass will be charged 1st before Combo plan bundles

 

Q10. I am a postpaid customer, how can I get these great offers?

These offers are for prepaid customs only, please speak to your Account managers for Bolt On plans are similar to these plans

 

Q11. What are the out of bundle Data rates?

Out-of-bundle rate (pay as you go) is 49t per MB
