Recruitment Specialist (fixed term)

The Recruitment Specialist role is instrumental to find key talent. This role will be ideal for an experienced recruiter that wants to focus on key projects and growth of the company.

You will be required to perform a full range of recruiting responsibilities for a wide diversity of positions including: review of position descriptions, screening of candidates, interviewing and consulting with hiring managers and sourcing of the right match for open positions at a required timeframe.

The successful candidate should have an open mind, excellent communications skills. Degree in Human Resource or related field who is able to work in pressurised environment. Previous experience in recruitment is essential as you will need to hit the ground running.

Position Requirement

  • Minimum 4 years training experience in designing and delivering training programs in a busy corporate environment to all levels of employee and a wider audience
  • Identify staff training and developmental needs and design training to meet these needs
  • Strong communication skills, well organized, professional at all times, is resilient and can work when needed, this may include weekends or past 5pm.
  • Must be a PNG Certified Trainer and professional member with NTC, PNGHRI or relevant bodies in PNG.
  • Must speak fluent and clear English and Pidgin
  • Have excellent Microsoft skills specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Design, Facilitate, Support, Monitor and improve programs related to, but not limited to:
