What are the peak and off-peak hours?
Digicel’s peak hours are from 8:00am to 7:59pm, Monday to Friday. 
 
The off-peak hours are from 8:00pm to 7:59am, Monday to Friday and All Day every Saturday and Sunday.
 

 

I am an existing postpaid subscriber, how can I avail of the new postpaid rate plans? 
 
If you are an existing customer of Silver, Gold or Platinum plans, you are not required to do anything. You will instantly enjoy the benefits of the enhanced rate plans. Should you wish to upgrade e.g. from Access to Silver, or Silver to Gold, or Gold to Platinum,  you can arrange with your Corporate Account Manager to upgrade the current subscription and migrate to the new rate plans. 
 
 

Can I go to the Flagships or dealers to sign up for the new postpaid rate plans?
